Property is good size, 3 large double bedrooms with plenty of storage, very modern and does have large balcony equipped with table for 6 and gas BBQ. 1 bedroom is en-suite and others have access to family bathroom. Nice lounge/dinner with dinner table for 8. Kitchen well equipped. Location is 15 mins walk from Spinola Bay and around 20 mins to Sliema. Bus stop to Valletta just round corner (22,24 & 35). We tended to go into the central bus station at Valletta and then back out agin to desired destination. Bus just EUR 2 per trip. No problems with any other neighbours/guests in block. Felt safe & secure.

Outlook from apartments is not prettiest - onto main road and scrub land. Also skyline filled with cranes as are most places in Malta. Didn't like fact that rubbish was pilled high in streets - no communal bins anywhere, so food waste everywhere as bags ransacked by animals. Road to apartments is quite steep and pavements are very slippy. Couple of ok restaurants nearby but best off either eating in (Spars are good) or on way back from day out. Apartment was not left in tip top condition - dirty crockery in dishwasher, BBQ unclean etc. Wasn't sure how to keep all waste items separate, so we improvised and bought our own food caddy bin liners and used a spare bin. But we still enjoyed our stay.

Well kept apartment with 3 decent bedrooms. Location was good for access to Spinola, Balluta and Sliema. Whilst it overlooks a road junction the balcony was a bonus with lots of afternoon sun.

The location shown on the map is not accurate and confused us and taxi driver. Only one set of keys. The one shower is in the en-suite. Both not so good if a group of 6.

La casa era molto bella e molto comoda

La casa era poco pulita, la posizione non era quella indicata su booking, il phone che c'era non funzionava, ci hanno sbattuto fuori e ci hanno dato 10 minuti e noi dovevamo fare ancora le valigie e la signora delle pulizie e entrata nel bagno e non abbiamo potuto terminare le nostre cose senza lasciarci i nostri spazi e la signora delle pulizie e stata molto invadente suonando il citofono
