Very good location. Apartment comfortable, clean sheets, comfy beds. New appliances like the fridge, washing machine. Good communication with the landlord. Late check in and check out were possible as we had very late flights. Grocery shop and ATM just downstrairs which was so convenient. Close to all bus lines, supermarkets, shopping and entertainment. All few minute walk.
Definitely pots and pans need replacement. Not a huge cost but would Make the apartament earn extra points. Some furniture as well, like the coffe table in the living room. Towels were nice but the smell of naphtalene was too strong. Would be better if there were freshly washed before.

Overall, clean place with good access for exploring Malta
No hot water in the bathroom, we had to bath our baby with water brought from kitchen sink
One night was super loud because of party upstairs
AC in one room didn't work
Fuses issue
Power socket in the kitchen didn't work
