Small mix up with the building and tried to access the wrong flat but once sorted all was ok.

Very clean and well furnished, well equipped and a lovely comfortable apartment
Very quiet area with good views
It is a 3rd floor flat with no lift which is not ideal for disabled or elderly
Do not be put off by the communal entrance and stairs

The flat is quiet, cosy and comfortable. More or less everything you need is here, beds are comfortable and living area is comfortable and cosy. Located with easy routes to get to the City centre and explore further away. Some lovely places to see nearby and lovely people in the towns/cities
Being up on the 3rd floor, the hot water pressure is poor and only a warm trickle while washing up.
