Efficiency and EasyJet Mentality drive the Extras. Pay for a Lock ( I Have One At Home - Should be a tick box reminder when booking OR £8) Pay for towel, Pay to book In or out late, Pay to leave cases behind on last day. Remember your key card to come back from toilet/shower. While the access area is just below room temp - once your shutter is closed for the night it warms up by being enclosed. ALL your stuff is sharing the matress or on 2 hooks. Otherwise an 8cm wide shelf or 8cm gap at the top/bottom of matress. Put Matress on edge when you leave.

Location is amazing and for what you pay the facilities are pretty good. Noise was not an issue and there is an air filter system but the pod can get quite warm, would recommend bringing a small fan if needed. Can be a little bit tricky climbing in and out of the bunks so keep that in mind if there are any mobility issues. Don’t know if I’d stay for longer than 2 nights but no complaints considering the price and location!

I've stayed in capsule hotels in Japan plenty of times and would happily do so again - but this place is nothing like the same standard.
There must be hundreds of people staying here at any given time, which is a major issue because 4 out of 5 lifts were broken. The bathroom facilities and dorms are mixed, I lost count of the number of times I went to the shower room with a towel around my waist (there's really no where to get changed) only to have an awkward uncomfortable run in with very young women (I can't imagine how they would have felt dealing with me in their bathroom space).
The linens were dirty, huge stains all over my mattress. There is virtually no room for luggage, so you have to sleep with everything around you - no lockers at all from what I could see. They charge you for towels and have deliberately removed cool faucets so that people are encouraged to spend 4 GBP on water from the vending machine. The units themselves lack shelf space, the locks on many of the showers are broken, the soap dispensers are frequently empty, and the wifi likes to drop out.
It is in the middle of Picadilly circus and google would leave you to believe that it's the cheapest accomodation in town. It isn't, not by a long shot. I moved to a vastly cheaper and nicer place in Paddington this morning.
Don't stay here, it's awful.
