Zedwell delivers exactly what it promises—a quiet, unbelievably peaceful sleep right in the middle of the city. The dark, soundproof cocoon rooms are fantastic for getting a proper rest, but what really elevated this stay to five stars was the outstanding service from Vijay.
When a crisis arose during my stay, Vijay handled the situation with absolute professionalism and a calm, friendly demeanor. His positive, "can-do" attitude instantly turned a stressful moment into a smooth solution. That level of composure and genuine care under pressure makes all the difference.
Between the fantastic sleep quality and staff like Vijay going above and beyond, I couldn't recommend this hotel more. I will definitely be back!

The whole room smells like rotten feet and the bed curtain is malfunctioning so you have no where to lock your personal property. The beds are overly crowded together with poor hygiene and ventilation. Showers and toilets are also unclean with many broken doors that cannot be locked for a gender free toilet and shower facility. Location is very convenient though and that’s the only good thing about this place.

This is an excellent location for a good budget option - very close to restaurants and the tube. That being said, the facilities are what you would expect for such high volume accommodation. For example, the bathrooms didn't appear to be cleaned very often and the showers were a bit mouldy.
