The home was very much a home feeling very comfortable
The hot tub and pool were not heated, I tried many times to start it
Someone walked in the gated area daily, ether there for the pool or lawn

March 2026. Everything in the house had been newly updated. The washer and dryer were brand new, kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans, plenty of dishes and silverware, and even a new spice rack. The furnishings were all very nice and the beds were very comfortable! Outdoor furniture was in perfect condition and the house was spotless clean. Lots of “extras” with this house, including shampoo/soap/conditioner in each bath, sound machines in every bedroom, very nice beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon and cooler. We will definitely stay here again! Quick, easy drive to St. Pete!
We had an issue with the heater for the swimming pool. Property manager was VERY helpful and quick to respond to text messages.

The house was very clean. Beautiful pool and hot tub area that felt private. Walk in shower. Comfy beds. Very receptive to any messages sent and promptly responded.
I can't really say one bad thing about the property. I would definitely stay again or recommend to anyone.
