Really clean, great sized rooms. Nice quiet location handy for town. Big enclosed garden for the dog to enjoy. Really good with communication. Parking was better than I expected, you’ll easily fit a normal sized family car on that drive (our estate was fine) but SUVs might struggle.
Mattress was a bit soft, but that’s personal preference.
