Very clean and spacious, very nicely decorated and great location.
Split beam under bed so had to be very cautious when sleeping. Floorboards in bathroom in front of sink dipped down precariously if you stood on them and the floor in the kitchen is very uneven under foot making you feel a little drunk. TV in lounge had some issues with speaker vibrating too much. The doors upstairs were very tight against the carpet so you had to drag the door shut, bathroom door does not close properly.
