Ubicacion muy comoda. A tres cuadras de una calle principal con muchos locales, del hyde park y de una estacion de subte. Departamento amplio con camas comodas y buena ducha

Ottima posizione a pochi passi dalla metro, strada con tantissimi negozi, casa molto calda e servizi perfettamente funzionanti.

Appartamento al secondo piano e senza ascensore, scale un po' strette e per chi ha molte valigie crea disagio.

The location was fine, but it was higher than second floor, up a narrow staircase. It was very cold when we arrived and took several hours to heat up, but the heat was fine after that. The place was very clean.

The temperature regulator in the shower was worn and did nor function well. You either got cooked or the water was cold. No middle way. Neither did the knob where you regulate if the water runs to the shower or the tub faucet work. The water leaked from the shower head along the hose. The dish washer leaked on the floor. Thank goodness I was home to stop the machine and dry the floor and empty it. After that, we washed by hand. The yellow carpet under the coffee table was filthy. Maybe choose a darker colour next time. The living room windows could not open. Because of the single glazing, the room was rather noisy on the street side at night. Lots of sirens in the street. No info about what to do with full waste bins. After googling the matter, we put the full bin bags on the sidewalk with other bags. We needed two keys, but only had one as we did not always stay with each other during the day.
