Enjoyed the neighborhood. Nicely maintained, 3 story unit with 2nd level balcony. Appreciated the furnished kcups and tea bags for morning coffee and tea utilizing the available filtered water in the fridge. Parking on-site was nice since street parking seemed to be heavily used and unavailablle. Didn't use the kitchen for cooking but looked to be fully outfitted.
The first floor bedroom was tight to walk around the large bed in the room and get to the closet and bath. Owners were quite concerned about the size of car to be parked in the parking spot. We had no control of what the rental company gave us. But they should know that a skillful driver can actually park a minivan in that spot without affecting the adjacent spot or the meters mounted on the wall.

The bedroom was comfortable and the whole apt was well laid out. Really liked the deck!
I guess I failed to realize when booking that there would be 3 floors, and so many stairs to climb up and down.

Place was clean, great location, would absolutely recommend it!
TV does not have a lot of options, and wifi was not reliable, so bring your own forms of entertainment.
