Location and amenities were spot on. Very close to the port.
We had very poor sleep. The main issue was that the flat was full of mosquitoes. Secondly the blinds were poor, bright light at sunrise. And the beds creaked.

I really liked how spacious the apartment was; it gave us plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. All the thoughtful extras were a big plus, especially the kids’ cutlery, plates and cups, which made mealtimes so much easier. Having a washing machine was incredibly convenient for a weekend stay. The location was great, making it easy to get around, and the secure parking was a real bonus that added peace of mind.
The main things I didn’t like were the lack of curtains or blinds in the living room/kitchen, which made the space feel a bit exposed and meant the room heated up very quickly in the hot weather. There was also some noticeable wear and tear on the sofa and parts of the carpet — nothing major, but enough to take the shine off slightly. We had a couple of neighbours make passing comments about the flats not being intended for holiday lets, which wasn’t confrontational but still a little uncomfortable.
