Location is super secure and scenic, with the windows and balcony that overlook the river providing an ever-changing view to admire as the light shifts throughout the day. Key codes were convenient for entry. (We didn't park a car, so I'm not sure how much more complicated that might have made it.) All the facilities are modern and well kept, spacious, and comfortable. We appreciated being able to stay here at the end of a cruise and spend a few days touring the surrounding countryside.
Signs in the lobby about whether this type of stay is allowed by lease were a bit off-putting, but host responded quickly and was reassuring about it. It would be good if everyone could agree and get that sorted.

Great location, we were sailing on the Queen Mary 2 and wanted a couple days in Southampton to explore!! This is a great location to hike around the charming little town! The pubs and restaurants on Oxford street are great!! It's a short walk! Also, just loved having the small store on property as well, great coffee in the mornings!
Very small note here! Directions to using the washer/ dryer. That's all, everything else was brilliant!
