Emil has done a tremendous job renovating the apartment - everything is new and it is fully equipped (except for a microwave). The location is perfect on a main street and close to the stadium. For me the fully functional kitchen was very important.

The only issue was that since the apartment is not continuously inhabited and apparently the apartments around it are not heated either, it was uncomfortably cold in the beginning (in the winter). It took two full days of heating before the temperature became acceptable.

Very clean and fresh apartment in a good location

A very nice and well equipped apartment in a good, quiet location. Parking is easy to find, and the centrer of town can be reached by a 20 min walk. Best thing: very clean, everything spotless and fresh.

Уютен дом, подходящ за семейна ваканция!

Апартаментът беше прелестен! Уютен, топъл, много чист и обзаведен с внимание и вкус. Домакинът беше любезен и отзивчив, имаше предоставени кафе и чай. Помислено е за абсолютно всичко като комфорт, апартаментът е топъл и просторен. На много комуникативно място- буквално под блока има редица търговски обекти, сред които и денонощен магазин. Гаражът е на 2 минути в успоредната уличка и колата ни беше прибрана в него на сигурно място през нощта. Със сигурност ще посетим отново гр. Велико Търново и при възможност ще се настаним на точно това място!

L'appartamento è grande e pulito. Forniscono tè e caffè per la colazione. Il padrone di casa è stato molto gentile e recettivo. Si trova parcheggio gratuito facilmente vicino a casa.

L'edificio è vecchio e in una zona un po' periferica.

Най-чистият апартамент в който съм бил за над 10 години ползване на Букинг. Апартамента се намира на един от главните булеварди, който директно отвежда до стария град и Царевец. Информацията предоставена ми от домакина беше много подробна като също така комуникацията ни беше много лесна и ползотворна. Със сигурност ще ползвам отново при следващото ми посещение във Велико Търново.
