Расположение, свой уютный пляж под домом, комфортные кровати, невероятный вид на залив.
На кухне действительно можно встретить мелких муравьев, если оставлять еду на столе. Видимо, с ними сложно расправиться.

superbe vue depuis la chambre avec les deux lits simples, qui donne sur une petite terrasse. L'appartement est dans un coin calme (la route est un peu en contrebas donc pas gênant)
Bonne communication avec les propriétaires par whatsapp ou messagerie booking.
Un petit ponton devant l'appart permet de se baigner ou de pécher (j'ai pris une petite daurade). C'est donc un très bon rapport qualité prix
la literie un peu limite et le barbecue car la fumée ne sort pas par la cheminée mais par devant le bâti et vous enfume lorsque vous mangez. C'est un détail mais le maçon à du faire une bêtise en construisant le barbecue ;)

Tipica casa marittima, situata lungo il litorale della baia di Kotor.
Accoglienza calorosa, host disponibile, ci ha offerto birre a acqua al nostro arrivo.
La casa ha un balcone panoramico con vista stupenda sulla baia e sulle isole fronte stanti Perasto.
L’abitazione é accogliete e pulita. Presenta una cucina dotata di tutto il necessario. Bagno pulito e fornito di lavatrice. Le camere da letto sono spaziose e con vista sul mare. In conclusione la casa é perfetta per coppie, famiglie e gruppi di amici. La posizione é ottimale, e presenta una caletta sotto la casa.
La salita per raggiungere il parcheggio privato é ripida, tuttavia é presente un parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri dalla casa.
