Conveniently located near Accademia and the Guggenheim museum, in a very quiet area with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. During daytime it's interesting to take the traghetto nearby to cross the Canal Grande instead of walking to the bridge. The room is reasonably sized, with Venetian style furniture. Just don't expect a view outside the windows because they face on a wall that's 1 meter away.
Mandatory online Check in procedure prior to arrival requires some time because they ask you to take a picture of yourself holding your ID, amongst other things. Also, double check the very detailed (and long) multiple messages with instructions because you are supposed to leave the local tax in cash on the desk. I didn't go through all instructions at the time and i had to send a payment with Paypal after. Also, in case of need, don't expect they answer the phone, because they don't.

Il wifi è piuttosto debole, non consigliato per chi ha necessità da Smart worker, e non essendoci una reception bisogna essere consapevoli che il giorno di partenza i bagagli non possono rimanere più di tanto in struttura. Lo staff ha comunque soluzioni alternative.

Amazing location and only a two minute walk from the vaporetto. Lovely room. Very quiet. Very close to some excellent restaurants.
We found the power outlets in Italy are generally poor with most unable to take a standard european adapter. There was only one outlet in the room we could use and this was really high up on the wall making charging phones very difficult. It would have been nice to be able to make a coffee in the morning, none was provided.
