La stanza oggettivamente è bella e curata. Anche il bagno è molto carino e la casa nel complesso è bella e pulita. Buona la posizione, in 15 minuti si raggiunge il centro. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo senz'altro
La stanza si trova al piano terra, molto vicino alla strada, con una finestra che non si chiude benissimo. In casa è presente un simpatico gatto: a noi non ha dato nessun problema ma sarebbe un'informazione molto importante da dare prima. Il bagno è in comune con la proprietaria. Attenzione: in casa, nel salotto, è presente una telecamera con collegamento da remoto. Penso non ci sia nulla di male ma gli ospiti dovrebbero essere informati di questo (inavvertitamente potrebbero essere ripresi in abbigliamento non consono o potrebbero essere ascoltati i loro discorsi).
