Overlooking an interior courtyard, you will savor its absolute calm as well as its prime location close to the famous Place de la Comédie. It includes a living room with a fully equipped and functional kitchen, open to the living room. The high-end convertible sofa allows you to sleep quality. It also includes a bathroom with large shower, washing machine and separate WC.

I confirm that you will be welcomed by a member of the Class Appart team for your check directly to your apartment
To do so, you will receive an email immediately after your booking, which enables us to schedule this meeting.
In accordance with our general conditions, the arrival times are as follows:
• for an arrival on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday - excluding public holidays - the Tenant may enter the premises between 4 p.m. and 6.30 p.m .;
• for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, the Tenant may enter the premises between 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Any late arrival - outside these hours - will result in the Lessor invoicing a fee of € 50 incl. Tax payable on site by the Tenant, corresponding to the costs arising from such a late arrival.
In any event and to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, no arrival can be made after 11pm.
At the end of your reservation, we will send you our reservation contract to be returned to us signed with a copy of your identity documents.
The latter is permanently available on our Class Appart site.
