PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 25. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
• Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take to exterior trash bins.
• Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent).
• Keep beds turned down that have been slept in.
• Place any used towels in the laundry room.
• Turn off all lights and ceiling fans, turn thermostat to 65°F in colder seasons and 74°F in warmer seasons.
• Close & lock all windows and exterior doors. Return key to lockbox.
• Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CT please text 30A Sea Story at the number listed on your arrival details so the cleaning crew can enter the home. THANK YOU!
*Homes left in complete disarray will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Listing sites will be provided with photographs.

The house was lovely! The owners are very attentive and communicate well. We loved our stay so much we extended a day. Our fire pit wasn’t working and it was replaced immediately. The bikes, beach accessories, and towels were such a nice touch. The home was pet friendly, but you couldn’t tell pets have stayed there. We really enjoyed our vacation! Only recommendation I would give, would add another or a bigger sofa for more seating.

It was great honestly wouldn’t chang anything about it but some of the door locks don’t work just wanted let you know that we were all out of there by 8am thank you for letting us stay

Perfect for a quick trip to the beach. The house was clean and welcoming. Our family will definitely be returning. Also loved biking to breakfast in the mornings.
