If parking a boat in the space, it must be parked horizontally and disconnected from the hauler. The cement pad is 25 ft wide plus an extra 7 ft to the wooden stake for a total of 32ft. It’s 16 ft from house to street at the narrowest point. There is no street parking permitted.

The house was perfect for our needs and Nikki thought of everything to make our stay easy and comfortable. She was so easy to communicate with and responses were always very fast. I was impressed with how clean the house was when we got there and it was fully stocked with anything we could have needed. Bath and beach towels, games, kid toys, and a fully stocked kitchen, it was great. All of the beds and furniture is really comfortable and the back deck was perfect for late night sitting. The house is super close to the beach and all the cute little Vermilion shops. I highly recommend visiting Sherod Park and Cedar Point if you have kids, both were super fun. It’s a great landing spot and bonus that it’s pet friendly. There is a pet fee but Nikki communicated that to me before the reservation was final. We’d definitely stay again and would highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful. The home was very clean and inviting. We enjoyed walking to the Lake and had quick and easy access to downtown. The beds were quite comfortable and the kitchen was well-appointed.
