This tastefully decorated & comfortable villa is centrally located in San Juan’s trendy tourist zone of Condado. The villa features a 4 bed 2 bath home and a separate 1 bed 1 bath studio behind the house.
Take advantage of free onsite parking for 2 cars, a jacuzzi for 5, and backup generator!

No amplified noise or music, especially during quiet hours. Police can issue fines up to $1000 for excessive noise.
Maximum people in the Jacuzzi is 6.
Please rinse before entering the spa, especially if you have been to the beach. Sand from your swim suit can damage the pump.
No glass containers in or near the Spa.
Please keep main gates closed at all times when not in use.
Any complaints about excessive noise or parties will result in the immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay, without refund.
