Village house full of charm between sea & mountain, west view of nature & the horizon, superb sunsets.
Located in the village of La Gaude in the quiet countryside, 15 minutes from the coast (walks, diving, sailing), 1 hour from the Mercantour park, close to the ski resorts (Gréolières les neiges 1h, Auron, Isola 2000, Valberg at 1h30). Many hiking or cycling in the immediate vicinity, many climbing and paragliding sites in the surrounding area (Gourdon, Gréolières, Roquebrune).

Available in the house: guitar, yamaha piano and cajon for the musicians!
