- Crate pets when unattended in guest units. If pets disturb others, owners will be contacted and may need to board pets at a local kennel. Fees apply for multiple complaints.
- Pets are prohibited in the pool, deck pool, or splash pad.
- Barking, biting, and nuisance behaviors are not tolerated. Guests may be asked to check out without reimbursement.
- Pets must always be on a leash and cannot be left unattended unless in a crate.
- Use designated pet relief areas and dispose of waste properly.
- Damages or extra cleaning will result in a USD 300 charge. Damages can include but are not limited to soiled or damaged linen or flooring, chewing or scratch marks on walls, doors, or window blinds, damage to electrical cords, strong pet odors, etc.
