About this house rental
Enjoy the escape of this cozy tiny home in nature, tucked away in a small gated community with walking trails and a beautiful waterfall. This house invites you to relax with multiple fire places, a hot tub, and areas to sip some tea while reading a book! The back deck is a great spot to grill out, play corn hole, or roast s’mores at the fire pit. Nearby you will find some of the best hiking and waterfalls in TN, rock climbing, fine dining at High Point, a zipline, and The Caverns music venue.
The space
You walk into an open living and dining room. There’s a small bunk room to your left perfect for a cozy little retreat. To the right is a full bath. From the living room, through the beautiful glass slider doors, you can enjoy a nice screened in porch with a hot tub to relax in. **Please be mindful of our 'unique' stairs as you enter the loft which overlooks the living room and has a private outdoor balcony. The kitchen is fully furnished for cooking. In the back of the home, you will find a laundry area, primary bedroom, and attached private full bath including a luxurious shower.
Other things to note:
If you build a fire in the screened in porch or the fire pit please make sure the fire and ashes aren’t burning once you leave the area. Also, please be advised of our four exterior cameras.

It was a wonderful weekend! The house was perfect for a quick weekend getaway or a longer vacation with family. The hot tub was clean and the outdoor living space was a perfect place to watch the rain. All the amenities were there and made it easy to cook all our meals for the weekend. It felt like a home away from home.

I enjoyed my stay at the bluebird. The house and grounds are beautiful. Erin always got right back to me thru email on my questions. There were just a few things that weren’t quite clear.1. While they mention unique steep stairs, I wasn’t prepared for ladder type stairs. In the picture they look steep which I was ok with. The steps do not go straight across. They alternate which side is out for you to step. Makes taking bags upstairs hard. 2. Thermostat is upstairs it took some time to find so I could turn the air on.3. Only the main bedroom has dresser/closet to unpack clothes for any lengthy stays.4. I’m 5’4, I had to stretch to reach the shower head.

We loved the fireplace. The loft bedroom was a challenge to navigate the stairs. But all in all a wonderful, clean, lovely house.
