Clean, just as described. Small community of tiny homes. We visited in the fall. Most of the other homes seemed to be vacant at the time which was nice. Hot enjoyed the hot tub. The bed was comfortable. Great little spot to explore nearby trails, monteagle, and Sewanee.

We really enjoyed this location. The beds were comfy and the tiny home was well stocked with soap, shampoo, and kitchen essentials. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. We hiked to deer lick falls and loved that the trails were right in the community. We will be back!

The property was beautiful and so peaceful. We truly had an amazing time and the house was perfect. Will definitely be coming back to stay.
