Sycamore Shores is a lakefront (75 acre calm water lake), tiny home located in Tracy City, TN near Monteagle and Sewanee. It's nestled among the trees with an oversized, covered deck to take in the amazing views of the lake. Whether you’re coming to take the kayaks out or fish on the lake, hike to the nearby waterfalls, zipline, or to enjoy a concert at the Caverns (ONLY 15 MINUTES AWAY!), Sycamore Shores is the perfect getaway! Stay one night or stay a month, you'll love your time here!
The space
Sycamore Shores is a brand-new home located in phase three of The Retreat at Water’s Edge community, which is still under construction. Please understand that while Sycamore Shores is complete and production-free, construction is still ongoing in the area.
Home sleeps 8 in beds:
✔PRIMARY BEDROOM: queen bed w/ ensuite
✔GUEST BEDROOM: queen bed
✔LOFT: (2) twin bunk beds
The home has a fully equipped kitchen, (2) full bathrooms with showers/tubs, and a full-size washer and dryer. Other features include:
✔Coffee (Keurig Single & Drip Coffee Maker) & Tea (Electric Tea Kettle)
✔2 smart TVs (1 in living room and 1 on deck)
