About this house rental
House is beautiful five bedroom home, situated in five wooded acres in Clifftops, a gated community in Monteagle, Tennessee, five minutes from Sewanee and University of the South, Monteagle Sunday School Assembly, Dubose Conference Center; offers hiking, biking, swimming in community lake and pool, (pool during summer months), canoeing and sports galore.. pet friendly -- dogs only.l
Home can sleep ten (12 with sofa bed with additional charge), has four full, and one half bathrooms, comfortable kitchen, lounge, formal dining room, family room, large grounds and walking trails on property.
Configuration of bedding: 3 king bedded rooms, 1 queen bedded room and one room with 2 twin beds.
Note: no rentals to persons under 21 permitted without parents or adult family members and primary renter must be over age of 25.
We have a two night minimum to allow guests to relax and enjoy our home. maximum number of guests 10

Perfect home for a gathering of my boarding school friends as we attended alumni weekend. Sue was an amazing host and communicator. I highly recommend this rental to anyone spending some time on the mountain. Oh! And what a lovely area where we saw so many deer and were able to truly unwind and enjoy each other.

We appreciated how Sue wanted us to feel at home and enjoy our visit and made us feel appreciated and welcomed. Her communication was top notch and the house was great for a large multi generational group.

Sue’s home was welcoming, comfortable, and large enough to accommodate our families. The setting was peaceful and we saw deer every day of our stay. The location was perfect for our trip to the Caverns and hiking in Fiery Gizzard state park. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Host was extremly helpful and welcoming. All amenities were top of the line. Our family will definately return. We love the fact that we are only 30-45 minutes from this lovely retreat!!!
