Very stylish and updated home across from a park in a quiet neighborhood near places to eat, etc. Friendly neighbors let me borrow a socket wrench to tighten our bike rack.

The property has absolutely no grass. Weeds only front and back. Nothing like the picture.Other than that it was pretty nice. I would suggest more attention to the yard than all the doodads in the house.
