We enjoyed staying here. We stayed at this home during a sister/cousin trip to Santa Cruz. When we walked in I told my sister it felt like we were at our grandma’s house, a bit dated, simple amenities, clean and cozy. Very quiet, safe, and peaceful. Close enough to Santa Cruz and Capitola. Condo is about a quarter of a mile from Seascape beach. This place is very spacious. If you’re traveling with another couple or kids, you basically have your own room with full bathroom. Bathrooms are large. House is a bit dated but has been taken care of. The neighborhood is very quiet. If you’re looking for a relaxing location with simple amenities, this is the place for you. This place also has a propane BBQ in the back. Walking distance to neighborhood shops and a couple of local eateries. Make sure to stop off at Safeway on 41st ave in Soquel before you check in. Neighborhood store is over priced and does not have everything.

Perfect location to all of what we wanted to do. Had a problem with getting the key, didn't know it was in the lock box by the door, but we figured it out.

The place was dated a little dirty, it had broken chairsat the table and bar, and cracked tile in in kitchen and bathrooms. The wifi didnt work in the primary bedroom, light switch in the primary bedroom didnt turn on a light so you had to walk in the dark to turn on a lamp by the side of the bed, the shower door in primary didnt close properly. Both shower heads were at chest level. The Sofa-bed was terrible and uncomfortable.
