This is a stunning, townhouse nestled on the corner of a quiet court in Seascape, Aptos. Its located three short blocks from Seascape Beach Resort. There is a paved, public pathway through the Resort to the beach(a five minute walk). Seascape Beach is located between Rio Del Mar beach and La Selva beach. Watch dolphins and sea otters at play during your morning walk, surfing during the day and enjoy bonfires on the beach at night. Walking distance to a great Mexican restaurant(Palapas), Chinese, pizza, coffee house, fine dining(Sanderlings), boutique clothing, day spa, tennis and groceries.

Beautiful and comfy condo by the ocean! We enjoyed our stay very much and got to do a little shopping and dining in the village shopping area. Excellent sunsets from the beach! Would definitely recommend this area to others!

This cute 3 bedroom was so cute and decorated so very nicely. We loved it. The master bedroom is upstairs across from kitchen and 2 are downstairs with french doors on both sides to access the patio. The lil patio was so peaceful and delightful. The fire pit made the best smores. Perfect location to allow you to be within driving distance of multiple sites including bixby bridge, multiple beaches and Henry cowell red wood forest.

This property was awesome! Very clean and decorated nicely! Beautiful indoor and outdoor areas to hang out. Walking distance to quaint little plaza to get food and pick up odds and ends. Also walking distance to a beautiful beach! The only criticism would be poor water pressure in the showers,

We loved being walking distance from a beautiful uncrowded beach. We loved the living spaces in the home. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes/etc we needed. Just a couple of challenges: housekeeping left a full load of sheets and towels in the dryer, which we had to fold and set aside before we could use it. The place is located on a busy street; yes, technically in a cul-de-sac, but right on the corner of the main street coming and going through Sea Scape. Therefore it was much noisier than we expected. The outside patio was not cleaned up much, but we had a BBQ nonetheless. The bathrooms were beautiful, but the jacuzzi tub was not user friendly. The hot water pressure was so low, that after 30 minutes, it will was not full enough to use. Overall, we had a lovely time!
