Would recommend! Condo was perfectly located on the quiet end of the beach with quick drive or walking distance to the heart of town for city activities. Easy walk to pier. Condo was exactly as pictured and check in was super easy however communication was lax. Communication with PP management could have been more attentive. When we arrived we had no idea where to park, it wasn’t included in the info, just that we had to check in with the office to pay 65, which is not open 24/7. Quick text and figured it out. The patio table was covered in kids paint and the refrigerator was not cleaned out. I reached out to management with no reply. It was easy enough for us to clean it up and move on. Recommendations for management: front door and possibly the hallway as well as the kitchen all need rugs or runners. Bedrooms and baths could use rugs too - The sand from the beach/city tracks in and the tile floor is not forgiving at all (sound). They do supply a vacuum and it got used a lot. The rugs could help the echoing in the condo/building as well, it was very loud throughout the whole building. If you dropped a toothbrush you could hear it across the building. The bedding is lightweight - recommend bringing extra blanket or turn the temp up on the thermostat. I read this in other reviews and took their advice and they were right. All in all our stay was AMAZING-would stay again. Onsite staff is wonderful. Outdoor pool is not heated. No ramp to beach, stairs only. View is perfect.

I recently stayed in a condo and had a really pleasant experience overall. From the moment I arrived, the space felt clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The layout was spacious enough to relax without feeling cramped, and the décor gave it a cozy, home-like atmosphere.
One of the highlights was how well-equipped the condo was. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The bed was especially comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep.
The location was also a major plus. It was convenient to nearby attractions, restaurants, and stores, making it easy to get around without hassle. Whether it was a quick trip for food or exploring the area, everything felt accessible.
Overall, this condo stay was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and I would gladly return in the future.

My family of 6 adults and 5 children had a great time. Appreciated the space and comfort. They ( and we ) loved the option of beach or pool. Best part of the condo was that it was not overly decorated, like with nick nacks. Little ones love that stuff and it is just something that has to be put up while we are there. So not having to deal with that was a relief.
Only a couple of suggestions... check out the dryer venting to the wall, we found after loads taking way too long that it needed to be cleaned, which we did. And larger frying pans. Other than that, It Was Great! Oh and one more thing....maybe consider changing the steps to the beach to a ramp!! Very difficult to manage with any minor handicap. Witness to a family with an elderly lady trying to help her down and up the steps was difficult. The last step especially due to the sand erosion, big step!
