The location in proximity to the beach and to come restaurants and stores. Beautiful beach and nice front desk help and security guards.
Room was tired and needed some attention. The bathtub spout dripped constantly. The mat in the bathtub looked dirty and needed a good scrubbing. The pipes in the wall behind bathroom sink vibrated loudly after sink use. Walls are thin and can hear street traffic, people running carts or trash bins across the walkways. Couch had nubby fabric and was uncomfortable to sit on. The tattered TV guide channel sheet did not match the channels available on the TV.
