Charming One Bed Cottage in Historic Market Town

Great location, easy walk into town. Cosy sitting area, separate dining area AND comfortable outdoor seating in cosy little garden. Downstairs toilet was an unexpected bonus too.

Slight musty smell in the living room

Lovely, caring hosts, beautiful cottage, great location.

The cottage was well located in terms of being close to shops and restaurants. It was nicely decorated with everything you needed. I liked the sign on the door welcoming you and the small bottle of prosecco.

The location of the main road into the town made it very noisy all day. The bed was very uncomfortable and consequently I slept downstairs on the sofa. . The garden needed looking after. The outdoor seating had no covers and therefore was dirty and not somewhere we could sit. Attention to detail was lacking in terms of the manual as it was all scrubbed through. I would have thought it could be reprinted. Residential parking was not available which we did not find out until the week before due to permit parking which is understandable but it means you have to pay for parking every day you were there.

Really lovely little cottage with a splendid garden. Cool inside even on the hottest May bank holiday weekend on record! Perfect location.
