A wonderful location and the 1922 railway carriage is very comfortable and suitably furnished with everything you need for a short self catering stay. The bonus was Dotty - the very friendly black Labrador!
We had a great time - the WiFi is a little bit iffy and there's not much mobile phone signal but that is not why you stay at Horsebridge.

Lovely quirky and unique venue for a holiday. It's probably better in the summer months, but the location is good for local countryside walks. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms are very comfortable. The wonderful fixtures and fittings and unusual nature of the train make it very memorable and a treat for train lovers!
The mattresses are somewhat lumpy and could do with being updated. The heating is from an air conditioning unit, meaning it gets very warm with dry air when it's used. It could do with a second sofa or proper armchairs.
