-great location
-ended up with a 2 bedroom apartment when we were expecting one bedroom
-had three bookings at this property over two weeks. for the first reservation, we were never provided with check in instructions. booking had to help us find an alternate stay. for the second stay they were very apologetic and said there was break in to their office. it was very stressful finding another accomodation as we'd just arrived in chile
-wanted foreign visitors to pay the tax when they know we are exempt from paying it
-noisy neighborhood, was awoken in the middle of the night to screaming from the street below
-pool was closed our entire stay
-black mold in the bathroom
