A great and peaceful location, right next to the ocean. It is very windy — actually one of the windiest spots on the island — which makes it a paradise for kitesurfers. There is a beautiful terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate laundry room, which is very convenient. However, the apartment looks more spacious and cleaner in the photos than it does in reality. The jacuzzi is heavily highlighted in the pictures, but it comes at an additional cost. The town of El Médano is about 2.5 km away. This place is perfect for kitesurfers, but if you are traveling with children, I would recommend choosing a less windy area. That said, it is still pleasant to spend time in the yard, as the fence helps reduce the wind significantly.

We came for a short holiday with our children and overall had a mixed experience. The jacuzzi cost us €80 for 4 incomplete days, even though we only used it for 2 days. After that, we were unsure how to properly clean it, and it is possible that our children developed a rash from the chemicals used in the water, which made us uncomfortable continuing to use it. The outdoor gate lock was jammed and would not lock properly, which was inconvenient. The beds in the bedroom were unstable and kept separating, so whenever one person got out of bed, the other would almost certainly wake up. In terms of cleanliness, I would rate it around 7 out of 10. The bathrooms especially could use more attention. There were also quite a few rusty elements, and the walls were noticeably marked and stained.

The bedrooms are much smaller than the photos suggest and the beds were very uncomfortable. The dishwasher was very dirty and had not been cleaned for quite a long time. We were not allowed access to the apartment until after 17.00
