Modern House With Private Swimming Pool

Lokalizacja świetna - bardzo spokojna okolica, stosunkowo blisko ładna plaża i centrum miasteczka. Super taras, świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, czyste łazienki. Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielami.

Basen nie był ogrzewany, a taki opis widniał na ofercie. To spowodowało, że w lutym basen był w zasadzie nieużywany. Ponadto do jednej z sypialni przechodziło się przez garaż, co stanowiło duży dyskomfort.

The house is over 3 floors. 1 room is in the basement at the back of the garage (it actually has two levels within this room and two double beds), 1 double bedroom to the front with a private balcony and 1 bedroom next door to this with three single beds. the middle floor has the kitchen, a toilet, a dinning and seating area and then the terrace with access to the pool. for the 4 of us, it was super spacious. the outside area is great with lots of options of where to catch the sun (by the pool, the main balcony or the private balcony. it’s a 20 minute walk into el médano. there is a small supermarket closer which is attached to the large hotel which is 5-10 minutes away. it’s really clean, the kitchen has nearly everything you would want in terms of utensils to cook. we made most breakfasts and lunches here.

everything was great to be honest. the only tiny tiny things- there were no extra bin bags and no olive oil. but that is really not picking and wasn’t a problem
