The property is beautiful. I love a good renovated rowhouse and this was exceptional. I love that they kept much of the original trim and features unique to DC rowhouses but modernized the space for comfort. The property name was befitting. I didn't want to leave. It felt like it could be my home(if I could afford it....lol).
Not that is was a dislike, but the high ceilings did make cool air rise so sometimes it felt warm. You can't adjust a/c the temp beyond the recommended set temp as it will cause "sweating" in the main bedroom. Those were minor discomforts and in no way took away from the overall experience.
