Spacious and Central DC 3-BR Getaway Close to It All

L'appartement est idéalement situé et vraiment agréable. Très spacieux, lumineux et propre. À 30 minutes à pied du Capitole. Notre hôte, Louis, nous a accordé une place de parking sécurisée, ce qui est apprécié. La décoration est juste exceptionnelle, il faut le mentionner.

Le WiFi ne fonctionnait pas. Pas du tout, aucune connexion, nope. Nous avons signalé le problème à Louis qui a tenté de nous faire résoudre le problème par nous-mêmes à distance mais peine perdue. Nous aurions apprécié l'aide immédiate d'un membre du staff car passer 2 jours sans WiFi n'est pas agréable (et pas moyen de me connecter autrement sur mon PC). Je précise que mon compagnon de voyage est informaticien et que le souci venait du fournisseur... Sur ce point, l'assistante est à revoir.

The location was great and the home was amazing! Would definitely book again

The only thing I didn’t like or wish was better communicated on the booking was that is looking at the pictures I thought it was two couch like twin beds in one room as it appears to look like that in the multiple photos vs one and the other pulls out from under. Also, as well as that it’s a 2.5 bath vs 3 full baths in the home

It was very clean and updated tastefully with plenty of towels and bathroom products. Just couldn`t watch any TV as there was no WiFi.

Although this property was advertised as having WiFi I was told weeks after booking that there was no WiFi. When I asked for a reduction in the price it went silent. This was a major hiccup in the 2 day stay. I was offered free parking on the property or on street parking with a permit. No permit was forthcoming and thankfully the basement occupant, which I was unaware of until the day of arrival, was absent which could have caused parking issues which were a challenge to say the least. A very narrow passage requiring multiple shunts back and forth. The stairwells were a challenge as there were 3 flights in the house, the metal stairs at the rear of the property were difficult, and the front steps to the main door demanded some sort of handrail. There was no welcome pack such as washing pods or dishwasher tablets and the coffee machine pods were the wrong fitting making it useless and impossible to use. This property needs a note on the brief to say unsuitable for people accessing stairs.
