A very clean and comfortable place, very close to tourist places

We had a wonderful weekend in DC, with 7 of us fitting comfortably into this house (and room for more people too). It was so convenient having 4 bathrooms (with really excellent showers), a back yard, an equipped kitchen, and parking available outside the house. We also were easily able to take the (free) streetcar and bus to get around. It is also fantastic that our dog got to join us. Grocery store, cafes, gelato and other restaurants are near by. Also, the National Arboretum is fairly close by--beautiful place to walk around.
Communication about parking could have been a little clearer, but we figured it out in the end. Also didn't get to use the back porch area due to weather--maybe next time!
