Comfortable 4 Bedroom Home with City View Near Capitol Hill Washington DC

Location was good, near bus lines. Perfect size for our group.

There were no dish towels.

Lokalizacja blisko National Mall, dom wygodny i dobrze wyposażony, niczego nam nie brakowało i przede wszystkim było ciepło, mimo skrajnie zimnej pogody w DC. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, szybkie odpowiedzi i elastyczność.

Pewne wątpliwości do do okolicy - na pierwszy rzut oka bardzo miła dzielnica mieszkalna, niestety wszędzie zapach zioła i sporo dziwnych głośnych ludzi na ulicy. W godzinach porannych potworne korki - dojazd autobusem do metra prosty (kilka przecznic), ale trwa bardzo długo. Gdyby nie pogoda, to raczej bym szedł piechotą do najbliższej stacji metra. Nie jest to uwaga do samego obiektu, tylko do okolicy.

We found the house to be spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed, although we mostly used it as a place to sleep. The neighborhood was pleasant and felt completely safe, even during the Halloween period! If you don’t mind walking 1–2 km, there are several excellent restaurants nearby. The location is also convenient enough for reaching the city center. We usually combined walking with the occasional Uber and had no trouble getting to all the main attractions. Although we didn’t meet the host in person, he was very responsive via the Booking.com app, offered great restaurant suggestions, and was flexible with our check-in arrangements.

The government shutdown and the fact that many of the most interesting musea were closed, but of course, that is not something we can blame the host for ;-).

Spacious and comfortable for family of 4 which includes 2 children of 17 and 21. Location very good, walkable to capital hill area and union station but also so easy getting Uber if you're not mobile , or too hot
