Super location! We did not move our car once. Great a/c, shower had good pressure and consistent hot water. Definitely met our expectations.

The location is excellent, right in the centre of the city and the host Marco is extremely helpful and generous- he helped us with parking in the small garage and gave us a tour of the central area of Turin, even buying us treats. He also came to see us off and help with our luggage. The apartment is small but has all facilities needed for a stay and has air conditioning vital for summertime in Turin.

The bedroom is up a narrow stairway and stays very warm despite the air conditioning downstairs.

Apartment is in the heart of Torino old town. Everything is just couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Marco’s apartment is a very good place to start exploring the city if you like to walk. Marco is a wonderful host. He walked us the first day through the old town of Torino. He knows a lot about city history and was interesting to listen to him. We have enjoined a lot his tour. Marco was at our disposal the whole time, giving good advices, links to the places we wanted to visit. I can’t express my gratitude that he came to pick up us from train station Porta Susa when we arrive and he dropped us at the same station the last day, despite our departure time (we had to be at the train station around 06:00 in the morning).

The only thing, we didn’t like is the noise coming from the street and downstairs restaurant which was running until late in the evening. Anyway this is something outside of the scope of any host 😅. If you are like us, wanting to explore the city and the nearby palaces, basilicas and the Alpes, than the noise is not a problem at all as you are outside enjoying the beautiful Italy.
