Location was excellent, close to several metro stations. The apartment was clean and while small, perfect for what we needed.
There is unfortunately, a group of homeless individuals who set up their mattresses for the night across the street. We could hear them a bit and felt like we needed to close the shades for privacy.

Location was excellent, lots of places to eat, shop etc. Apartment was very nice and bright. Having a washer was helpful.
1. At check- in we followed instructions to drop luggage off and keys were not available as promised. We tried to contact property owner by phone and the number did not work. someone eventually came after we messaged owner but we had to wait in lobby for 45 minutes. 2. Apartment was on 4th floor and there was a lift for luggage but we did not have access to it, this information should be shared at booking. 3. There were bath towels but no hand towels or a towel for the kitchen very inconvenient.
