The apartment has a great location, just next to the Duomo, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. The place was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a short stay. The host was responsive, although we had to wait for the host to provide the keys upon arrival

The sink was clogged during our stay. There was no luggage storage or bag locker available, which would be useful for guests arriving early or leaving after check-out. Adding a small shelf or stand in the bathroom for toiletries would also make the space more convenient.

Massimillano worked with us through WhatsApp and got us concierge parking for our stay before we arrived. So we went to a private garage and they drove us up to the apartment through the ZTL (registered the car) to drop us off for check-in. Then, they drove the car back to the garage until we needed it again a few days later. There's an escalator down to the street outside the ZTL, and it's just a couple of buildings behind the apartment, so it's super convenient. Massi met us at the door and walked us through the small apartment and how everything worked. Great host with great communication, and a perfectly located apartment made our trip to Siena wonderful.

There's a Bialetti coffee maker (pods) in the kitchen, but no pods or instructions on which pods to buy. We were going to grab some at the local store, but they didn't sell the right ones. Not a big deal at all, just a strange inconvenience. Also, a small trash bin in the bathroom would help - again, a silly inconvenience.

Es war sehr zentral gelegen und ruhig und sauber. Ausser unter dem Waschbecken hat es ziemlich unangenehm gerochen.... Für 1 Nacht o.k. aber mehrere Tage ein klares Nein!

Ungemütlich, Küche quasi im Eingang, kein Tisch (aufklappbar an der Wand). Wir fühlten uns sehr unwohl, auch der Inhaber war kurz angebunden, sehr unfreundlich.... Wir können dieses "Apartment " nicht empfehlen.
