Warm 3beds Home with Yard and parking at Chinatown, CBD

Everything. It’s new with full facilities, like full kitchen, washing machine, WiFi, garage, and a small yard.

The heater makes bed room quite warm but the lounge room was still cold. It is actually two bedrooms not 3 bedrooms, although there is a sofa in the lounge room.

tight garage, needed more wine glasses, no information about how to use appliances eg stove/oven, washing machine, air-con, 2 flights of stairs but got used to them, no dishwasher tablets

Property was in a good location for me. Only a small stroll to the tram which made getting around much easier. The private garage was handy I didn’t have to worry about finding on street parking.

Firstly, when I arrived at 3:00 pm, the rooms were not ready — the beds were unmade and towels were left on the floor. I understand that cleaning can sometimes run behind; however, I had to contact the host twice to inform them that the property had not been cleaned. I was told the cleaning would take an hour and a half and was asked to go and get some afternoon tea nearby. I received a $20 refund for the inconvenience. I was able to check in at 4:45 pm, but once again I was not contacted to confirm that the property was ready. I had to take a gamble and return to the property hoping it had been cleaned. The garage was convenient for easy, free parking; however, the rubbish area was absolutely disgusting, with boxes everywhere and even an old Woolworths trolley thrown on top of the rubbish. The couch also had stains all over it, which made me feel uneasy. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, but overall I was a little disappointed with the stay.
