Nice little place to stay

A nice size, comfy place, quiet road but walking distance to the subway and shops. Large bedroom and good lounge and kitchen facilities,

Listed as non smoking but the property did smell of smoke and there was a dirty ashtray.

The stay was unpleasant and the attitude of the cleaner and host was threatening.

The kitchen was well set out.

Many points to raise. The shower was blocked and overflowed. I phoned the host on the first morning but he did not want to come out and fix it and said he would send someone later pm. However we only had one set of keys! The mattresses are uncomfortable with springs sticking through. There was dirt on one mattress underneath the sheet and we thought the beds had not been changed or that would have been cleaned - I showed this to the host. The checkout was 10.00 and I asked the host for a late checkout to 11.00. By phone and by booking.com system. As he did not respond I assumed okay. On the day of our departure the cleaner rang the outside door bell at 9.50. Then again at 10.00. I went to the door and advised we had a late checkout. She said we didn't - I advised this had been requested and went back inside to get ready. Advised we did. Subsequently the cleaner came to the inner door immediately and when my son advised we were getting ready she started screaming at him and said she would call the police. My husband has cancer and this was really upsetting. Then 5 minutes later the host arrived and we were by this time getting ready to exit we were out by 10.30 - the check in is 3pm! I thought it was bad management that the host could not attend the previous day re the blocked shower drain but appeared quickly re our departure. As we left his workers were there cutting the hedge. This seemed threatening also. I want to raise a formal complaint regarding this matter.

Lovely clean flat with everything we needed

Property was very clean, in nice area and had everything we needed for our stay.

Mattress was a little lumpy only downside but would still stay again

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Everything was great. Inside the house was very clean and tidy.

I would have prefered a white towel, instead of a grey towel. So didn't use towel, as I could tell how clean or dirty they were. I would also prefer a white duvet cover, instead of grey duvet cover. Everything else was great. The house was clean and tidy.

A nice sized apartment with updated, modern appliances, just a short subway ride to the city centre.

Comfortable, well acquainted apartment in Glasgow, within walking distance to Ibrox Stadium and subway which brings you to the city centre within 20 minutes. Appliances are new and the tv screen is a very nice size. Easy finding free parking right on the street.

Although the apartment was cleaned before we arrived, the cleaning service could have done a better job, especially in the corners. The apartment also had a washer/dryer machine, but the owner could have provided instructions for how to properly use the machine.

Free street parking was a bonus. Subway a short walk away takes you right into city centre in under 15 minutes

Good location. Nice flat, well equipped.

I chose it for price and location close to a subway station (Cessnock) which made it easy to get around the city. It was nice and quiet for the most part. Kitchen well equipped. A bath was a bonus. Clean. Coop very handy.

More supportive beds would be good. The one in the front bedroom you could feel the springs through. Slight smoky smell - I know it's impossible to enforce a 'strictly no smoking' policy

Accommodation in an old building with original features of the building. But inside very modern, clean and spacious. Spacious bedrooms and bathroom and kitchen. Good location close to the center and the airport. Parking on the street in front of the house. The only minor drawback was the bad drain in the shower.

Appartement décevant - mauvaise odeur et sale

L'emplacement et le parking gratuit dans la rue.

Ce logement nous a beaucoup déçu. Nous sommes arrivés dans un logement froid avec une très forte odeur de cannabis et avec l'impossibilité d'aérer (fenêtres bloquées par les stores). L'appartement n'était pas propre (chips et autres sur le tapis, réfrigérateur non nettoyé, draps tachés...). Pas de vaisselle en état pour cuisiner...Bref, j'ai contacté l'hôte qui a été très réactif et qui a fait le nécessaire dès le lendemain (casseroles et poêles changés et draps changés). Merci à lui. La douche est vraiment petite.

Un logement bien décoré mais des équipements de base sont à revoir.

le logement est bien placé proche d'une station de métro, ainsi que de plusieurs arrêts de bus, permettant de rejoindre le centre ville rapidement. L'appartement est spacieux, avec une déco moderne et agréable. Le salon est confortable (canapé neuf). La rue est tres calme.

Les ustensiles de cuisine (casseroles et poêles) sont très usagées et abimées, il faut penser à les remplacer. La douche est très étroite et peu pratique. Une machine à laver est disponible, mais pas d'étendoir pour le linge. Les stores qui permettent d'occulter les fenêtres en bloquent l'ouverture, ce qui est très dommage pour aérer les pièces (notamment lorsque l'on souhaite cuisiner, car la hotte aspirante n'est pas raccordée). Les matelas peuvent poser problème, car on sent beaucoup les ressorts et les coutures. Pour info, mon conjoint et moi-même avons bien dormi mais ma fille a eu des difficultés. pour se rendre dans le logement, nous avions choisi de marcher à partir de la gare, mais je conseille aux futurs occupants de privilégier le métro ou le bus, car les différents quartiers que nous avons traversés ne méritent pas le détour.
