After the horredous experience from glasgow penthouse, we had to move somewhere else. So bokked this last minute. The whole thing was perfect

Lovely quiet and comfortable apartment. Well decorated and had everything we needed for our weekend stay.
Very clean, beds were so comfy.
Ideal location not far from the city centre but also very quiet so ideal for getting a lovely night's sleep. Neighbours were quiet and friendly.
Close to amenities. The hosts have really put effort into making the apartment welcoming and comfortable. We will be booking again!
Nothing. Everything was fantastic. We were really happy with our stay.
Some suggestions are -
Number the keys for the doors as was a little confusing as 4 different keys so may make it easier for people.
A pair of kitchen scissors would be a great addition.
The TV remote doesn't turn the TV or or off but works 🙂

Un magnifique appartement bien desservi par les bus. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut et la literie est excellente. Quartier très calme. Je le recommande !
C'est un détail mais l'éclairage du salon est trop violent .. Un éclairage d'appoint pourrait le rendre plus cosy et intime..... Actuellement ça fait un peu hôpital...

The property was lovely, the locatoon was great. There was no heating or instructions which not knowing the system we couldn't operate it. Resulting in a very cold stay. The property manager was unavailable when called the only option was to leave a voicemail. We missed a message from the property manager who hadn't came in to the property. We phoned again he instructed my husband but the heating didn't go on. 1 hour later we phoned again the only option was to leave a voice mail we are still waiting for a reply. It is now 8pm Sunday night and we're home.
The problem with the heating and ut not being resolved for us. We were lead to believe no problem would be too big but it appears to have been an issue. We are pensioners and disabled the cold we experienced was unacceptable.
