The neighborhood is quite confusing and not top-notch. That's why I'm taking 2 stars out of 10. But despite that, we didn't have any problems.

The inside of the property was very clean and very nice.
The location. It was very loud as we were near a pub on the weekend. Also rubbish everywhere outside on the street and along the alleyway at the back behind the property. The stairs inside the property are also extremely steep so was very hard for our children to climb up and down them.

That it has 3 shower rooms was the biggest thing going for the house.
The entrance smells very badly.
