The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The stay itself was pleasant, and everything functioned properly until the final morning.

The check-out experience significantly ruined our final impression. We had previously arranged a late check-out (12:00), but the day before our departure, the host suddenly revoked this agreement and insisted we leave at 11:00 AM due to cleaning schedules. To make things worse, the electricity mysteriously went out completely at 9:00 AM on our final morning and did not return before we left, making packing very inconvenient. While the accommodation itself is good, the unreliability regarding prior agreements and the sudden power loss made check-out uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Die Kommunikation lief wirklich gut. Wir hatten ein Problem in der Wohnung und als wir bescheid gegeben haben wurde es sich direkt drum gekümmert. Man hat sehr gemerkt das es Ihnen wichtig ist. Die Düfte vor Ort waren auch wirklich schön und angenehm in der Wohnung.

Leider gab es ein Problem in der Wohnung wodurch wir es natürlich nicht in vollen Zügen genießen konnten aber dafür konnte der Gastgeber nichts und wir auch nichts.

El olor del portal. El ascensor por llamarlo de alguna manera (más bien parece un montacargas). Sitio un poco siniestro. Alojamiento antiguo reacondicionado de manera bastante mejorable. Las almohadas malisimas. La televisión no mostraba ningún canal. He estado en otros apartamentos mucho mejores en Dortmund por un precio similar. Espacio pequeño.
