not a problem for us, but the last floor cannot only be reached by stairs for privacy reasons, however it's eventually tricky if you need an elevator.

Literie confortable, appartement bien aménagé, bon rapport qualité prix. Accueil très agréable. Propriétaire très gentil et prévenant. Proximité transports ligne U47 parfaite pour aller à la gare train

Die Idee des Konzepts ist schon ansprechend und mit viel Liebe zum Detail, aber bei der Umsetzung dessen war allerdings noch Luft nach oben. Es war zum Teil Renovierungsbedürftig, mangelhaft geklebt zb oder angebracht. Es war für mich persönlich mangelhaft geputzt, Fenster waren dreckig, die Ecken und Ablagen sehr staubig. Aber die Ausstattung an sich war sehr komfortabel und ansprechend, man hatte alles was man braucht. Ein Radio wäre noch ein Pluspunkt gewesen.
Kaputte Fließen, Renovierungsbedürftige Teile, Sauberkeit ungenügend bzw mangelhaft. Es müsste mal wieder in Stand gesetzt werden in Teilen.
