We warmly welcome you in our apartment in Dortmund-Oespel, with a local Dortmund beer or sparkling German champagne or a good red wine, as desired. An exclusive equipment awaits you in the apartment, flooded with light with LED, with underfloor heating, a gentle rain-shower also with colorful LED light, a living room with granite feel-kitchen incl. Induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator. The coffee machine incl. Coffee and tea are available free disposal. Relax in the boxspring incl. Bedding and 50 "TV with sound system 300 watts. Wireless connection with Internet is available for free, as a washer, dryer, ironing facilities, hair dryer, towels. Enjoy your breakfast or evening meal on a granite bar table and barstools Sheesham covered with leather.
Delight in the radius of up to about 4-15 km of beautiful sights such as the DO-City, the "Old Market" and the waistcoat and Ostenhellweg "shopping street", the Dortmunder U Centre for Art and Creativity the Municipal Theatre one of the largest in Germany, the famous Dortmund Westfalenhalle, BVB Stadium, Westfalenpark with Florianturm, Romberg Park, Phoenix Lake, Hohensyburg and Hengsteysee more. The University of Technology can be reached in only 2 km, and the Indupark. In addition, good restaurants, shops, bakeries, public transport can be reached within only 300-500 m. The apartment was absolutely perfect! Had all the amenities and everything we needed to experience Dortmund and Euro 2024. The check in/check out process was flawless, with Ernst informing and updating us every step of the way. The next time we are in Dortmund we will book again! Danke!!!

I was very comfortable here. It's a quiet suburb of Dortmund very close to the university. The owners are very nice.
