Location (quiet, close to city center and big parking), the appartment is nice and cozy, the terrace is a bonus.

I found the app to open the door a bit of a hassle. Also because I couldn't figure out how to lock the door from the inside without using the app. This means that in case of a fire you would first have to search for your phone to unlock the door. Lots of little details: check-in is rather late, bed is not super comfy, couch is a bit uncomfortable as well, there was no dish soap or sponge/brush to do the dishes and the bathroom wasn't super clean. But the most unpleasant surprise was the cleaning policy. You had to clean the appartment before you leave to prevent paying €75 extra. I couldn't find that information beforehand on Booking. To get rid of garbage you had to get a badge from the tourist office to unlock the municipal bins. All in all a lot of hassle for a stay of a couple of days.

L'espace est bien organisé, la vue sur le jardin est agréable, la tranquillité du quartier à 5mn de mon lieu de travail et des quais de la Dordogne.

Le seul élément à améliorer impérativement est dans un meilleur confort du matelas. Heureusement, le canapé est plus confortable. Un couteau à pain aurait était un plus.

La propreté des lieux, le confort et les équipements, la disponibilité du personnel, la localisation du lieu.

Ce n’est pas un grand problème mais le fait que ce soit une serrure connecté et que l’ont reçoit seulement un code pour l’ouvrir, donc si vous êtes 2 dans le logement et qu’une personne doit rentrer sans que l’autre soit présente peux être contraignant.

El apartamento està limpio, muy bien situado, puedes aparcar facilemnte y tiene una buena terraza si vas en verano. El tamaño es correcto. En general. también está bien equipado.

La forma de acceso es demasiado compleja (debes descargarte una aplicación que sólo te mandan 24h antes y tuve que pedirla). Cada día era muy complicado abrir y cerrar la puerta. En la dirección no hay número, solo el nombre de la calle, y tuvimos que llamar al propietario. El edredón del sofá-cama no estava en condiciones, era muy viejo. También faltaba papel higénico.
