La casa è pulita e c’è tutto il necessario. Dista solamente 20 minuti a piedi dal centro della città e ci sono molti parcheggi nel quartiere. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e tempestivo nelle risposte.
La casa è al piano terra e siccome si affaccia sulla strada non è molto silenziosa. Il bagno è senza finestra e la ventola non è molto potente.

O apartamento revelou-se bastante acolhedor e beneficiava de uma localização muito conveniente. Como aspeto passível de melhoria, considero que as cadeiras da cozinha poderiam ser ligeiramente mais baixas, uma vez que a sua altura tornava as refeições menos confortáveis. Ainda assim, a experiência global foi muito positiva e correspondeu às expectativas.
Considero que a relação qualidade-preço poderia ser mais equilibrada, uma vez que o valor cobrado me pareceu elevado para o tipo de alojamento em questão.
