Cozy Studio in Salcedo Village Makati near Ayala

Location is perfect and the room is cozy and clean. Nice shower and has also the washing machine. Not very big but that is a standard studio size. Easy to check in and good communication with the host.

The location is the main advantage of this property. It is situated in a quiet area where it feels safe and comfortable to walk around without any problems. The apartment is located on the 21st floor, offering a pleasant setting.

The reception and check-in experience were not particularly welcoming. However, since this is not a hotel, this was somewhat expected. Upon arrival, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the sink and shower drains. Cockroaches were coming out of the drains, which was very concerning. The towels provided were of very poor quality. The bed was small and extremely firm, making it uncomfortable. The shower water pressure was very weak, making it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. The shower drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate and creating a risk of flooding the bathroom every time the shower was used. Overall: While the location is excellent and offers a peaceful and safe environment, the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and overall comfort of the apartment need significant improvement.
